I think the market cap shows how many people know about the company.
It probably won't rise on the news as those who do know about it are already invested and would just take up the spp. which is what I am doing.
I don't care if I can get it cheaper on market, I want DEL to have the money rather than some idiot selling.
Happy for the price to stay around 20 cents for the next year or so as the company keeps kicking goals. That way I can accumulate more.
