Delorean is a WA company that has been listed on the asx, of which I have seen many 'lifestyle companies'

They operate to make their ipo investors very rich, while management seem to sit back and collect exorbitant cheques for little effort. These companies have been funded by capital service companies who are in constant communication with board members and seem to always know when to pump and when to dump with announcements coming out to suit them.

what I like about Delorean, is that it seems the 'management team' as you describe them do their job.. I.e. build plants and show off their wares, and do both of those things well. They then let the board do the corporate thing and control the investments.

so my question to you, is you think Delorean's books contain some of these lifestyle company investors? is that what you meant by saying they need to do more due diligence when deciding who to allow to invest?
