Sorry I should have mentioned that if we assume that Stanhope plant was not owned than the situation would have been same as Yarra Valley plant with IRR of 14.44%. Hope that clarify.
I meant to say that if Yarra Valley has same IRR 14.44% as Stanhope, than Yarra valley will be better off if the price of electricity increases.
