On the one year anniversary of suspension Oliver's is still bleeding cash, only $500k in the bank, unknown employee benefit liabilities, millions in debt, can't lodge accounts on time (despite ASX rejecting their request for an extension), having audit issues with impairment write-backs, and having to go to court about shares sold by a shareholder that should not have been sold.
That fact that ASX still has them listed, and ASIC still allows them to trade is mind blowing
