a. Revenues
The Group’s revenue for the year ended 30 June 2021 decreased by 1.75% to $41,909,133 as compared with the previous
year ended 30 June 2020 which recorded $42,654,256.
b. Operating Results
The Group incurred a loss for the year of $2,314,320 (2020: $503,754 loss) attributable to owners of the Group.
c. Earnings before Interest, Taxation, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA), and Net Loss Before Taxation
The Group recorded EBITDA of approximately $0.80 million for 2021 (2020: $3.16 million) were lower than prior year and
loss before tax of $2.42 million for 2021 (loss before tax in 2020: $0.30 million) were higher than the prior year.
d. Financial position
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the continuity of normal
business activity and the realisation of assets and the settlement of liabilities in the ordinary course of business.
The net assets of the Group have decreased from 30 June 2020 by $3.94 million to $12.97 million at 30 June 2021 (2020:
$16.91 million).
As at 30 June 2021, the Group's cash and cash equivalents decreased from 30 June 2020 by $1.11 million to $1.54 million
(2020: $2.65 million) and had working capital of $5.95 million (2020: $7.54 million working capital). Please refer to the
