beefarmer, i am going for the alternative.
and getting more than a little excited about ran's prospects if indeed the alternative comes off.
ironpig in his very memorable post indicated contact between woolies and ran.
coles, Woolies and aldi just sign up to 'a roadmap to restart' with a massive strucural supply and demand gap and 12,000 tonnes of soft plastics already in store.
marry that up with ran's "we are in the best shape of our lives" and multiple options statement and one could be forgiven for thinking something might be cooking.
Coles et al don't sign up for such commitments without something up their sleeve. and can't help but also think they probably already use one or two pallets.
all speculation of course but gee it would be nice if it came off ( and noting i have been wrong about ran before).
