I've only just noticed this. They have even failed to meet their delayed deadline. They can get away with this bad behaviour because they are already suspended and I assume the ASX has no power to do anything more than suspension. They will never be able to relist if they keep this up, though. That may be a good thing, I only say that because relisting will cause the share price to collapse.
