Disappointing that this part is being “Made in China”, and that has now caused delays to the entire project. Surely Australian industry has the technology to make it!
Australian companies want Australians to support them, but they then go and dish out jobs to China. It makes no sense, especially with a concept plant, where quality, rather than money should be the prime concern.
Get the bloody thing working, and then concentrate on cutting costs. NOT the other way around.
