the main point is the time delay is unknown. setting court dates is optimistic at best, they allude to another 2 months after April 25, so it could be a long wait indeed. those who need their cash will of course sell, but for the holders it is a matter of patience.
Leadership change is a problematic time in china, and people will sit on their hands until the decree comes from on high to get a move on. i think the economy may slow as a result and then this will stimulate some action.
