no misleading is not slanderous. Feeling mislead is being told one thing and feeling like the company has then taken a different direction. What you have done trying to put words in my mouth, misrepresenting my opinion on a public forum, and misquoting me is more slanderous. Telling people my financial position on the stock which by the way is incorrect is slander. I refuse to keep feeding a troll so will add you to the block list.
