Is it still 23rd in Chile ??
No one said the final agreement had to be anned to the market on 24th, maybe it takes time to write up the details and of course ASX will vet the ann to see it complies. Might even take a few days. In which case TH might be requested.
No need to panic - the deal is done as far as the major parties are concerned, The locals will have issues for sure, but with the amount of copper in the ground their situation can be sweetened.
