I'm happy to wait and see, but also ready to suck in a reversal because 16m in cash could buy a lot of dirt in Oz, specially if sentiment is shallow over a 6 mth period while the world works out its shortcomings.
Not pessimistic - OK? But do own DD, and keep some dry powder.
