shows the arrogance and incompetence of management.
They offer the opportunity to "top up" on a company at double the price available on market with no guidance or earnings which could and should have been given.
And did I mention the opportunity to top up was at a 90 percent less than the last cap raise at 20 cents to my knowlege.
