my general feeling from this announcement is that these guys are trying to scare, tease & intimidate noteholders. its like them saying we are going to rob you and there is nothing you can do about it, we will get away safely because the law protect us.

surely, there is enough evident to prove that mangement is colluding with the bankers. how do we fight. those words in the announcement are so cocky it makes my blood boil.
