I gave up emailing them, and sending them investment opportunities, in Lithium, Gold, 5G Telecoms, Blockchain, and new Start-Ups, etc... etc... - and they never replied, and just weren't even interested in looking at anything. Why?

It was very clear right from the outset what their agenda was - to strip the company of all it's funds for themselves while doing the minimum amount of effort. They are company finance strippers and sharks.

Like I said, legal theft - and it's abhorrent that it's all legal, and the government permits it, and sits by idly without doing anything or legislating change.

What a system eh.

These guys probably now have one of their buddies with an ABN number somewhere, and they can say they are doing due diligence on a merger with their buddy's ABN number (which is probably their best mate they are currently drinking with down on Darling Harbour in Sydney), and then they will claim that the administration and due diligence cost another $1 million but it didn't work out unfortunately, sob... sob... but they will take the extra $1 million in fees - what a f*ing joke this whole abomination has been. We have a system that permits, and even encourages deception and theft, and even legislates for it.

Don't expect a cent back from these guys, because they have devised a strategy over the last 4 years to strip as much of the initial $7 million that was remaining in the company as they can. We know from the last quarterly they are down to $3 million, and I bet their due diligence will allow them to steal at least another million, and when they are finished, there will only be cents left, out of over $7 million.

It's the crime of the century, that we can do nothing about.
