with commsec its more difficult....u haved to apply for overseas account and have money in a separate account..I recall when I researched but best to check for yourself.
So I find ebroking with little fees and all the accounting done makes life easier to do what we want.. invest for maximum profits.

I have commsec ac for comsec iress (which shows chi-x trades )as well.
