MedTech as a patient management system is finished anyway now. Their Evolution product has failed to gain any traction other than a few of Vino's mates adopting it. Now we have new players entering the market such as Best Practice Australia and Indici. I find it hard to see how MedTech are going to be able to survive against these better and cheaper alternatives.
