sorry for the spam people... but, i meant to add....
one way or the other there was a costly blunder which set us back what appears to be the best part of 12 months in total....
somehow someone has been advised or decided to order a phase two plant without a thickening circuit... they may have been late on cashflow positive for dec 16 quarter, but, i think they had no intentions of being too late if at all. purchase orders were received in early feb 17 afterall... by customers who went to site...
not much later (04.04.17 was the ann date) we hear xinhai is onboard.... so pretty much straight away it appears that it's been idientified that the plant needed a thickening circuit...and not working to desired results without it... this is then ordered and doesn't get to site or start construction until a few months go by, and the rains have commenced...cue violins for my post above...
i'm not sure whose fault it is... but, it happened and there's not much we can do about it now... and it's lead to a hell of a lot of frustrations... but, again, through hours of configuring and testing and no doubt reconfiguring and re-rtesting they've learnt a lot about the plant and beneficiation in kurnool (with the cuddapah basin iron ore specifically)...
frustrating, absolutely.... but, information learnt.... logically, yes...
