Hi IACS,
It is interesting to follow through your thinking on asset values. So, a sale for $160.5m of assets valued at $189m in the books at 30 June 2022. Looks like around 15% lower.
If the market is simply down-grading all DXI assets by 15% to get a new NTA, I would reckon it was around $2.87 (a few assumptions here and the market may have other concerns apart from NTA!).
At $2.87 that's still higher but not too far from current price after the current rise to $2.75.
So is 15% about the asset falls you were referring to in your post?.
