have to pull out the number i did this morning, but current NTA is $3.60 market pricing 26% drop of book value if Sp $2.60. as business park asset has been dropping value over the last reports. i don't think industrial value is dropping as centuries industry reit increased rent of recents by nearly 20%. they manage to sell this business park for 15% discount to book value. so there is some upside
