I have said before Orica would not be interested because of Huddys, but the more I think about it the more I think they would really want the Chinese exposure IDL would offer them.. Maybe they could spin off Huddys at some point? Having worked for Orica in the past I know they were struggling to establish a profitable base in China, although I havent followed them recently so this may have changed..
