Sorry missed your post Last night Jev....yes I totally agree with you....Purdue will want to win the oxy patch but J&J who if he is Mr Global will be all over us at the moment will be very keen to ruin their party. And then coming out of left field is Novartis who chief has publically announced in the past month that he has $2-3bn to throw at things that "would complement the company’s over-the-counter drug and animal health businesses.". Now for a fraction of that amount he could get global rights to our Indian pain gel (which will surely dig into Novartis's Voltaren) and the Oxypatch.....I don't know who has the most to spend but look out it is going to be great viewing over the coming year.
