Incorrect. No one can speak for the market and say a pending contract is factored into the share price. Once the inventory is supplied and payment received in full one could then argue that the share price is now factored in on completion of the transaction. But on completion with the added uncertainty removed does the future intrinsic value of the company also improve? Does this improve the chances of further orders? What's factored into the share price would garner a different answer from every individual holder. I would say Insto's have discounted EOS on the basis of uncertainty and the backlog caused by CV. Any additional announcements clearing uncertainty and providing bankable revenue will help push the share price north.
