If we go by this website: https://gobulk.com.au/australian-electricity-prices/ , then at wholesale in WA we can expect $100/MWh, and retail around $283/MWh. So assuming they are charging customers within this range, 130GWh translates to between $13 million and $36.8 million... but not sure what sort of rates they actually charge their customers... I think electricity prices may have also come down since those rates were published.
