Not downramping but definitely critical. I definitely agree the concept and the ability to convert biowaste into energy appeals. Unfortunately, the management has mismanaged this from IPO, taken on highly expensive debt and barely avoided bankruptcy. There was one stage late last July where they were close to having no operating cash.
I would happily be proven wrong should they turn this around but based on past history with management, I'd tread carefully.
