This is the kind of company that really needs industry tailwinds and structural change to go anywhere, unless they have a market leading unique bit of IP they are leveraging. So the question for the company is - is this sub sector going to see investment like what has occured in rare earths, quantum and the like. For me personally I think its great and could be huge, but thats not how the market works, there needs to be regulatory/tax favouritism given this is state generated demand.
