They do take a pretty modest wages and no doubt already have their life savings in DEL. I think you are missing the fact that they have over 40% share of the company already, so already have their money where their mouth is. Different to a lot of start ups that management barely own any.

It appears to me that they put in all they could and then tapped the market because they didnt have anything left. That spells confidence to me.

Will be interesting to see if there are any bonuses or changes to wages or if they retain the money in the company with the view for further growth.
