I admit to being Johnny Come Lately here, not someone who has been watching long term, so I'm not yet sure why they don't just pay off the debt. No doubt that would cause another dramatic rerate, but either way, the debt doesn't seem terrible if they're cash backed, cashflow positive and growing.

cash is 4m debt is 8.5m, interest rate is 7% so they are paying 1.2mil interest a year. on the balance sheet the asset is largely just the PPE, tax asset is intangible so the company's net asset is only 2mil at the best
