Quite right Milesy. As per the latest (2021) annual report, Brads total remuneration for the 12months up to 30 June 2021 was $374,122, of which $325,000 was his salary. The salary component equates to $6,250 per week. The balance was super, long service leave and the value of share based payments. Its all clearly laid out and publicly available information (page 31 of the annual report) and you would think that if someone is going to publicly attack another person based on their salary, they would have taken a few minutes to do some pretty basic research on it. So where (and why) some commentators come up with +$700k ($14k per week) as an annual package just boggles the mind. Its almost as if they use some random (and patently false) information (or use derogatory terms) to justify a false attack on someone because they are frustrated and unhappy with how the share price is tracking. Its like they just make stuff up to give credibility to and justify their frustrations. By doing so, they and there "arguments" lose all credibility.
Its a grass-roots exploration company. it is, by its very nature, a high risk and high reward investment. Newly discovered commercially viable deposits are rare, and take time and money to progress - but can reward shareholders handsomely. You need patience, an investment time horizon longer that a few weeks (or months) and to be able to suffer (emotionally and financially) the inevitable highs and lows that comes with such high risk and high reward investments.
It is only a very few discoveries that become commercial deposits and even fewer still that become tier 1, globally significant assets and true company makers. So the risks are significant and true success is rare. If you don't understand (or can't cope with) these basic facts, you really should be looking elsewhere to invest your money rather than peddell patently false information about others to try and make you feel better about your investment decision.
