Let say if I hold 500,000 in DLI @ 19c, i will get approximately 44,000 units in the new company. It is likely they will raise at 20c so my holding in the gold asset aroune 8.8k
but after the spin out, Delta shares will get re-evaluate and sp like to drop. If sp drops below to 15c or low, my delta shares loae 20k in value.
In order to make this attractive, the share price need to be at least in 25c before the spin out.
is this a good deal? Well i sold out recently to make small profit and wait for the new IPO instead.
