Similarly, I am one of the lucky enough to own both LTR and DLI now.

IMO, they are both great (LTR) and good (DLI soon to be great) stocks to hold
for a Long Term.
I agree with many poster relating to MCAP, $3 vs $1, %potential growth, Construction vs PFS stages and management team are need to consider.

But for me, buying for the first time or buying more shares always depend on timing.
I prefer and works for me many times to do my buying after a big swing/dip and then start going Upward again.
Of course not a perfect plan since I been wanting to buy more DLI early this week ($0.710), but then Friday latest Anns was released.

IMO, whichever/whenever you decided should be good, after all it is LTR and/or DLI.
