Mate, De.Men isn’t a shell company waiting for acquisitions to meet ASX list compliance. It has growing business in the right industry. It listed two years ago as a Singapore company with its membrane technology and a few revenue from South Asia. After it listed, it acquired Akwa-Worx and recently acquired the Pumptech Tasmania.
So literally we are talking about a company with more than 10 million revenue and the revenue is growing.
