Fantastic development, this is a driven company executing on its strategy. Personally believe the below paragraph sums up the reason behind the purchase - previously DEM's chemical sales were restricted due to being supplied by 3rd parties. This acquisition will allow DEM to 'cut out the middle man' and capitalise on its sales in this segment. The price we paid, although modest, is somewhat irrelevant. Geutec is simply providing a platform for DEM to distribute to customers at greater quantity and margins.
