Yes, that;'s correct Harley. As I said in my previous post, if you own 10K ALK shares pr-demerger you'll have 10K ALK and 2K ASM post-demerger.
I'm guessing that each ALK share will be worth about 80c and each ASM share about 70c in the aftermath of the demerger, and after that it's going to depend on the announcements, the gold price, Boda developments, RE offtake and JV agreements, financing, etc, which will determine the progress of each company..
I think that unless the markets as a whole crash in the meantime, we'll likely see both ALK and ASM above $1by the end of this year.
