They have drastically over valued the water business, it is an absolute dog and will bleed through that cash quickly just on executive wages. I can't recall if it has ever made a profit. in 10 years, that's a lengthy track record of failure.
I was going to hold through the split, but I struggle to see the advantage to holding when they will pile so much capital into the water business. A waste of shareholder capital. It needed to be profitable before a split, but they have no idea how to make money with it.
