Possibly, but I would rather bet on someone's being ready to invest in Sunrise and they wanted the Water division taken out of the equation.
They are two totally different types of businesses and it makes perfect sense to demerge them. We can only wonder why this hasn't happened ages ago, but I guess the company needed both together under one roof for some reason (financial benefit to Water through CR etc.)
