I get that the buisness's are different requiring different skill sets, that to me is a good reason for the demerger. i dont understand how it makes sunrise any more financially attractive. This is because companies routinely fund specific minesites in partnership with others. SfX has just done this, effectively annexing their other projects, by setting up another company that is jointly owned by SFX and the new funding partner
