So, it's 1 CNQ share for every 2 SRL shares. CNQ will have $15m cash and about 45m SOI. So, 33cps would be a reasonable floor for the CNQ share price following the demerger and SRL share price should devalue by at least 17cps. My expectation is 50cps for CNQ and a 25cps drop in SRL.
