ISX had until the 15th of October to file its reply to ASX's defence - guessing there's nothing intended there and it will move along at the next hearing
odd that Authenticate is amending a document as it hasn't previously submitted anything (i.e. what has it submitted to then amend)? although I'm not that close to how that part of the federal court portal works...
