LOL, your bias is so strong it's impossible to change your views. Unfortunately (or fortunately) most shareholders disagree with you going by the demerger vote which clearly indicates most shareholders aren't supportive of the course taken by ASX and ASIC. You may want to argue the vote doesn't correctly reflect each individual shareholder's opinion but that's irrelevant. What matters is what the major ownership thinks.
