That's correct. you will receive one Wesgold for every two MLX. The only wrinkle is that on the 29th MLX will trade ex- the WGS, so it will obviously be at a lower price.
We wont get and be able to trade the WGS till the 6th Dec from what I make of the announcement. So we will be able to see how the market values MLX less the gold assets but we wont know what the market thinks of the gold mines. Say MLX trades at 65 c if you think its overvalued relative to what you thought you wont be able to immediately sell some and buy WGS. Conversely if you think it's worth more.
It's probably not too bad but doesn't make for immediate decision making particularly if the Au price moves in the interim.
