That's correct. you will receive one Wesgold for every two MLX. The only wrinkle is that on the 29th MLX will trade ex- the WGS, so it will obviously be at a lower price.

It's going to be interesting comparing the market cap. of MLX at close of trade Monday with that of the separated two once trading has begun.
