On face value, a demerger is great news, in the sense that it overcomes the possibility of the ASX never allowing ISX to delist and relist elsewhere, if I am correct that ASX can do that.
Generally, demergers are win wins, in my experience.
But we do need to get more detail of course, before I can fully commit to the proposal
