    All of what you say makes sense and my interpretation is the same.But I still have further questions.

    Percentage of the company ownership stays the same, but how is the market capitalisation maintained through the below process?

    Going from an ASX listed company, to a public company, to listed entity on another exchange.

    Do other exchanges have a method for valuation of a company's market capitalisation and how will this be applied to our situation. Or will the new exchange simply accept the current market capitalisation as the value of the company? ie the value on ASX, is carried through into the public company and further carried through to the new exchange.

    this is uncharted territory for me.

    how does the 10 for 1 impact the questions above?
