No one would be making that argument here apart from yourself. It's actually laughable that you keep bringing up this ridiculous narrative. Every single actual shareholder here does not trust ASX or ASIC right now as the only "protections" shareholders have had is a prison for 2 years without clear answers or evidence. We don't need their laughable "protection". ASIC and the ASX have obviously seen our tech as too much competition for the most important financial pillar in Australia. They have conspired carefully enough to try and choke us out, OM was probably commissioned indirectly by connections to KL to provide a report that would give them ammo "albeit not enough legally" to suspend ISX (much to KL annoyance as it "grated" him to not have enough evidence as they thought their own spitballing would bring up something). ASIC was in on it but careful enough not to appear directly involved all the while shady figures at either ASX OR ASIC kept feeding the journalists at AFR. When this all went south knowing discovery would come out with damning evidence ASIC gave ASX the smallest of bones with a civil case against JK which will fall flat on it's face.

Your delicate sense of what is appropriate does not mean anything, every single thing that has happened to us has been downright corrupt from people and organisations that should know better and we will get our revenge one way or another.
