Those thoughts are correct , I thought I had missed something when I saw your quote and I nearly blew a fuse without reading into the full context. It’s definitely a possibility considering the other 80% of discovery hasn’t been released....that means it’s probably being used as leverage to negotiate some sort of potential settlement.
