completely agree....a year ago ASX wouldn’t allow the stock to trade on the basis of him selling shares and “suspicions on them.”. Now a demerger is allowed where ISX can relist and he can sell his shares. Again, it’s all BS when ASX knew ASIC had audited the accounts already. So was this escrow rubbish....
