That's exactly my view as well. They are indeed distancing themselves after probably seeing the evidence from discovery...ASX, it seems, is relying heavily on their legal teams advice. How in the world can they justify this suspension any longer. Best if they settle and move on. If not the damage to ASX will be irreparable.
