There's something you're missing or ignoring here.

A significant number of shareholders invested in ISX, or alternatively plan to hold on to their investments once this saga is over because of JK.

I also believe it's for the same reasons some want him out.

Through him ISX owns the patents and under his watch, the business has seen tremendous growth. Besides his business acumen and strategic vision, he's also shown himself to be fearless and they want no one but him at the helm.

It's very unclear why you are a shareholder in this company. It doesn't appear you 'mistakenly' bought shares, yet you seem to be doing everything you can to bring the company down.

One thing is clear though: you don't like JK. That's OK, but by the look of things, you're probably better off selling your holdings and moving on than trying to effect change.
