    I receive 1 share in the European business for every 10 ISX share I own.
    But what if all future growth is in the European operation?
    It would mean the majority of my shareholdings would not benefit from that.
    If my understanding is correct then I would prefer to be able to transfer shares over to the new registry to balance out Holdings
